Photoshop Step-By-Step Guide

Adding text: 
  1. To add text you should to go over to the tool box and find the tool that looks like a T (image below).
  2. Click on that tool to be able to use it.
  3. Click and drag out the text box to your desired size 
  4. Then you are able to start typing.
  5. To edit the text make sure you are on the correct text layer (whilst being on the text tool) then click on the text you wish to change.


Creating a new layer: 
  1. To create a new layer all you have to do is go down to the bottom of the side bar on the right, where you will find all of your layers and find the button that looks like a sticky not folded over at the bottom corner (image below).
  2. This layer is now a new layer in which you are able to create whatever you want and move about as much as you want. 



Importing an image:
  1.  Go to file, then click open.
  2. You will have to find the image you want to use, click on it and then click open (example below).
